I’m Kate, Chief Colouring-In Officer at Urban Safari. Most importantly, I am a sister, a daughter, a partner-in-crime, and a friend. These relationships are my biggest asset and inspiration, and photography fits into my life nicely because it allows me to capture the relationships of others.

After studying marketing and business at university, and living in Asia and Europe as an exchange student, I realised the thing I loved doing the most was traveling and taking photos. If I can get out, meet some interesting people or experience some new location or flavour then I’m happy.

You’ll hear a lot of photographers say that they love their job, and rightfully so – getting to hang out with people and celebrate special occasions, share delicious food or achieve personal goals makes getting up in the morning a positive experience. I care about what I do, and it comes across in my photos.

Don’t hire me if you want perfect skin and whitened teeth on all your photos. Hire me if you have something special you would like photographed – whether it’s your loved ones, the fruits of your labour, a place close to your heart or just some good times, please get in touch.
