I'm Kate Dyer.
I’m a branding photographer with a marketing degree, an insatiable curiosity and an unhealthy appetite for colour - and yes, this is my Vespa, Sunny.
Small business runs in my blood. From farmers to fancy dress hire, air quality testing to architects, my family are an entrepreneurial bunch. It was always my plan to have my own business but it wasn’t until the end of my uni years that I discovered photography, and set my mind to building a career behind the camera.
Hey there!
My business is constantly evolving, but there’s no doubt that working with other small businesses will always give me the warm and fuzzies. Regular folk, pushing up their sleeves and doing the hard yards to build their own empire and put food on the table – that’s who inspires me and who I love working with, piecing together their visual story.
And if you haven’t guessed? I’m about real life.
Please don’t hire me if you want power poses and all your curves removed in Photoshop.
My focus is on telling your stories and those of your business, in all their natural, colourful beauty. Right now, I’m also raising two kids under 6. This doesn’t always blend seamlessly with running a business, which you may well appreciate if you also juggle parenting and paychecks. I write most of my emails late at night and survive on a diet of sandwich crusts and half-bananas - true story!

Sleazy marketing tactics, taking things too seriously, or getting up any earlier than I have to.
